I'm an artist because I enjoy the challenge of creating, and the release of personal expression. My work focuses on imagery that is inspired by the past, tending to gravitate toward themes that are both dark and romantic. My goal is to portray beauty in a way that is a bit uncanny and mysterious, as if one is peering into a past era with familiar looking people and things that no longer exist.
